Job description
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & On-boarding
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for entry-level to mid-level roles
Manage on-boarding formalities, documentation, and induction process
Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
Employee Life-Cycle Management
Maintain employee files, HRIS data, attendance, and leave records
Support payroll inputs like attendance, leaves, and employee changes
Manage confirmation, transfers, separation formalities and exit interviews
Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
Promote company culture, employee communication, and welfare initiatives
Performance & Compliance
Support performance review cycles and documentation
Ensure HR policies, compliance, and statutory records are maintained
Handle grievance escalation support and employee queries professionally
HR Operations & Admin
Maintain HR MIS reports and HR documentation
Assist management in HR-related correspondence and reports
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR / MBA HR preferred
1+ years of experience in HR Generalist functions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & HR software
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of HR processes, labor norms, and policies
