Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for elevator sales and prepare quotations for inquiries.

Conduct site visits, gather project details, and meet key decision-makers (builders, developers, architects, and consultants).

Present product features, benefits, and company capabilities to prospective clients.

Gather and analyze competitor intelligence to identify market opportunities.

Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
-
Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
-
Consistently generate a minimum of 6 clean leads per day or 120 leads per month.
Requirements:

Education: B.Com / BBA with up to 4 years of field sales experience can apply.

Quick learning ability with strong sales orientation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer objection-handling skills.

Ability to probe effectively to understand customer needs.

Basic understanding of technical and commercial aspects of sales.

Computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel) and ability to operate PC/Laptop/Tablet.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Other Requirements:

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month + performance incentives
