Salary range – 30000 – 50000
Location – North / South / West (multiple locations)
For East – salary range – 25000 – 40000

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result -driven B2B Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive direct sales. The candidate will be responsible for meeting individual customers, demonstrating products and closing sales in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify & approach potential B2B customers in assigned areas.
· Conduct field visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
· Generate leads through cold calling, referrals and local networking.
· Follow up on inquiries & convert them into sales
· Maintain accurate records of visits, leads and sales activities.
· Provide customer feedback & market insights to the management team.
· Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
Requirements
· Proven experience in Field sales, B2B sales, direct sales & channel sales.
· Strong communication & interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
· Basic understanding of sales reporting & CRM tools.
Qualifications & Eligibility
· Minimum Graduate (any discipline) , Diploma /Bachelors in Mechanical or Engineering preferred.
· 2-4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in material handling equipment’s, industrial products or related sectors.
· Strong communication & negotiation skills
· Basic understanding of material handling products such as pallet trucks, hoists & lifting tackles.
