Accountancy Teacher (XI & XII) – Part-Time

Location: Kondhwa, Pune

Salary: Up to ₹1,000 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Accountancy Teacher to teach Class XI & XII Commerce students. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise and a passion for helping students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach accounting to XI & XII Commerce students.
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and question papers.
• Conduct regular assessments and monitor student progress.
• Provide doubt-solving sessions and exam preparation guidance.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Explain accounting concepts with practical examples and case studies.
• Assist students in board exam preparation and achieving academic goals.
• Track student performance and provide feedback to parents when required.
• Develop effective teaching strategies to improve subject understanding.
• Ensure timely completion of the syllabus as per academic requirements.

 Requirements

• B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)
• B.Ed. (Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Partnership Accounts, and Company Accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience teaching Commerce students in schools, junior colleges, or coaching institutes preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex accounting concepts for students.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
