Quantity Surveyor / Estimation & Planning Engineer

 Location: Panvel & Marine Lines, Mumbai

 Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month

Gender Preference: Male

 Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering

 About the Role We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation & Planning Engineer with experience in high-rise residential building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for estimation, quantity surveying, billing, planning, tendering, and project coordination activities.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

Understand working drawings, BOQ, contract conditions, and project specifications. Handle pre-tender activities including BOQ preparation, tender documentation, estimation, and market rate analysis. Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction projects. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project standards. Coordinate with the purchase department for resource planning and procurement activities. Monitor project progress and collect work status updates from site teams. Prepare and monitor monthly billing status and verify contractor bills. Review drawings and technical inputs received from consultants and internal teams. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project stakeholders. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and quantity reports. Support project planning and execution activities. Required Skills • • • • • • • Experience in High-Rise Residential Building Projects. Knowledge of BOQ Preparation, Estimation, Billing, and Quantity Surveying. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Understanding of Architectural and Structural Drawings. Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Quantity Extraction. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong analytical and planning abilities.
