Job description
Job Purpose:
The HR & Administration Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions and office administration to ensure smooth people operations, statutory compliance, and efficient workplace management aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities-
Human Resources (Core HR)
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Conduct onboarding and induction for new employees
Maintain employee records and documentation (digital & physical)
Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle confirmations, increments, promotions, transfers, and exits
Conduct exit interviews and manage full & final settlements
Maintain updated HR MIS and employee database
Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with accounts/outsourced payroll agency
Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift rosters
Ensure accurate salary processing and statutory deductions
HR Policies & Compliance
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws:
o PF, ESIC, Gratuity
o Shops & Establishment Act / Factory Act
o Contract Labour Act (if applicable)
Employee Engagement & Discipline
Support performance appraisal processes
Address employee grievances and workplace issues
Promote a positive, ethical, and disciplined work culture
Administration & Office Management
Office Administration
Oversee office infrastructure, housekeeping, security, and utilities
Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth functioning of office operations
Vendor & Facility Management
Liaise with vendors for:
Housekeeping
Security
Pantry
AMC and facility services
Monitor service quality and cost control
Travel & Logistics Support
Coordinate employee travel, accommodation, and local conveyance
Support logistics for meetings, training, and site visits
Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain records of company assets (laptops, mobiles, tools, furniture)
Track issuance, return, and condition of assets
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Indian labor laws
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask in a fast-growing organization
Preferred Background
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial organizations
Exposure to factory + corporate office HR is an advantage
Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar workforce
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management
OR Graduate with relevant HR & Admin experience
3-5 years of relevant experience (HR + Admin combined role)
