The role involves monitoring site safety, conducting training sessions, and ensuring safe execution of batching plant and paving activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings

Ensure strict PPE compliance across site

Monitor traffic safety management and diversion planning

Supervise safety of batching plant and paving equipment operations

Identify hazards and implement preventive & corrective actions

Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory compliance documents

Report accidents, near-miss incidents, and unsafe conditions

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits

Coordinate with Project Manager and site team for safety implementation

Technical Skills:
