Role Summary

The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and standards during highway construction and PQC (Pavement Quality Concrete) operations. The role involves monitoring site safety, conducting training sessions, and ensuring safe execution of batching plant and paving activities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety briefings

Ensure strict PPE compliance across site

Monitor traffic safety management and diversion planning

Supervise safety of batching plant and paving equipment operations

Identify hazards and implement preventive & corrective actions

Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory compliance documents

Report accidents, near-miss incidents, and unsafe conditions

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits

Coordinate with Project Manager and site team for safety implementation

Required Skills
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of highway and PQC project safety norms

Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations

Risk assessment and hazard identification capability

Incident investigation and reporting skills

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and supervision ability

Good communication skills (Hindi required)

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Production planning for PQC concrete.

Mix design implementation.

Calibration of batching plant.

Quality control of raw materials.

Monitoring cement, aggregates & admixture stock.

Coordination with site paving team.

Ensuring continuous supply during slip-form paving.

Experience: 8-10 years

Responsible for handling daily store operations including receiving, storing, issuing materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring proper stock control and coordination with internal departments.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in ERP/software

Ensure proper storage and labeling of materials

Issue materials as per requisition and maintain proper documentation

Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch departments

Conduct regular stock verification and physical audits

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages

Job Role:
Responsible for field marketing and business development activities. Generating leads through client visits, cold calling, and market research. Promoting company products, giving basic product presentations, and coordinating with the sales team for order closure. Maintaining client relationships and follow-ups. Preparing daily visit reports and updating management on market feedback.

Preferred: Experience in industrial products / machine tools / capital goods industry.
